Meatspace 03:10
I am getting old There's a great expectation on me to be aging But I barely have a past Are you happy in your world? Have you found your career? Your favourite beer? Are you living fast? I'm bored of drinking water But I'm bored of getting drunk I'm bored of being broke But I'm bored of splashing my cash on junk Bored of fresh air But I'm bored of analysing the TV I'm bored of being like this Yeah I'm bored of being me Ah shit I'm getting nostalgic I've just got to accept that the Cow and the warehouse and VHS are all dead But were things truly better when I was young? Just that if there's a brighter future Then I sure as hell can't see one I'm tired of mindless clickbait But I'm tired of endless text I'm tired of mainstream racism And I'm tired of this alpha male attitude to sex Tired of EDM But I'm tired of indie too I'm tired of the meatspace Where do I go now? What do I do?? I'm not done yet Just give me a redemption song in F major I'm not done yet! You can dot all my t's, cross all my i's Expose me on any and all alibis Just don't let me get bored of this.

Bottled It 02:38
Close encounters of the closed mind A simple definition of life Goes down the Greyhound every night Adamant in a world of forks and knives "The world's gone mad!" he says with aggravation "Something's gone wrong with God's creation!" I almost pity his desperation But everything's still lost in translation And I don't know where this is going But this bottle's overflowing Naturally, I avoid confrontation Always been one for conversation But he's a toy for my frustration I'm half tempted to walk over and give him A few choice words of wisdom, but These types of words, they always lead to bruises So I sit in silence, let the melody slip away Close encounters of the closed mind A simple definition of life I almost pity his desperation But everything's still lost in translation

Scatterbrain 03:50
I'm weathering my lip away I'm electric, I am battery powered Call me a scatterbrain and you'd probably be right Mindless mastermind, I am But who has a mind here? Wanna wake in Camden town Or Mars, just not here Too much information, nothing's kicking in I'm building up a bonfire and a sea for you to swim I'm hoisting up my borders, bury my head in the sand Cause there's too much information Great Western men on the TV Encouraging me To wear a mask upon my face To save my grace Cause I must be in the prime of my life; entering my 20s, wandering 'round my hometown a little bit wasted, surrounded by the Sabbath day. And all the while the Barney Gumbles look at me as if to say "he's inherited this disease", alright. Missed my bus and tram, guess I'll just walk the blues away. It's a common coping mechanism of mine, guess it's here to stay. And everyone is dead behind the eyes, it won't be too long till they betray, I'm thinking to myself upon the Savoy hill. I'm a work in progress just like everybody else Failing to find my answers in the trigger of my gun Remind me not to harm myself or turn the gun on someone else When there's too much information

Keep Talking 03:30
The shouting downstairs never stops The endless cyclone just keeps revolving on and on without end I wish it could In the aftermath of a concussion Just give me a good discussion In this amplified world of ours Keep talking and soon you will be heard In the wake of violence, don't embrace the silence Just keep talking When did we decide that the future's overrated? Walls are built between two extreme mindsets of opinion What is it that you're scared of? Is it a decent conversation or maybe your mind changing? If we keep talking and listening What we do between then's up to you Begin again, begin begin again

Thank you so much to anyone who has listened to my music, come to a gig, put me on at a gig, taken pics/vids of me or has ever just given a shit about what I do. This isn't just a hobby or a way to pass the time for me, this is survival. Thank you for helping me survive.

Thanks to Guy for his amazing work behind the desk whilst making this EP. Also he makes a mean coffee. Thanks to Harvey and Devon for taking these sketches of songs and making them into full paintings with their effortless work on the drums and bass. Also, cheers to Nathan Hird and Jack Turton for being wonderful guitarists in my live band. Absolutely sound people, and sound musicians. Thank you to Rhian for a great little piece of artwork that will now forever be associated with this EP!

Thank you to all my friends and family for keeping me sane and inspiring me every day. Thanks to Joss, Sam, Mark, the Varletts, George Gadd (+ Ciaran, Dan and Xak), Chloe Rodgers and everyone else involved at the Hangover TV launch show at the Bodega. It hasn't even happened yet, but I know it'll be great. Most importantly, thanks to you for listening/buying/stealing this EP. Love you all.

See you at a gig some time,
Cam x
